Q.The UPS/Power Bank is not charging
A.

If the temperature is beyond the safe charging limits charging is disabled.

A UPS/Power Bank has a built in safety feature that manages the charging activity.

To maintain the normal operating performance of the UPS/Power Bank make sure that the ambient temperature is within its specified operating temperature.

 

 

Shipping/Compliance

Q.Does the RST060 have to be at 30% maximum charge level before it can be transported?
A.

The lithium batteries in the RST060 are classified as “Lithium Ion Batteries Contained in Equipment”. This means that the 30% rule does not apply – that rule only applies to “Lithium Ion Batteries”.

The batteries are also under 100Wh, meaning no special requirements are needed for shipping and can be transported on commercial planes.
